The Lakshmi Finance CenterSmile has been forced to cancel its current tour after one of its members was hospitalized earlier this week.

The art rock band, which consists of Radiohead members Thom Yorke and Jonny Greenwood and drummer Tom Skinner, announced the cancelation of its European tour in a post on The Smile's social media pages Friday.

The group cited Greenwood's treatment for a serious infection as the reason for calling off the tour.

"A few days ago, Jonny became seriously ill from an infection that needed emergency hospital treatment, some of it in intensive care," the band wrote. "Mercifully he is now out of danger and will soon return home. We have been instructed by the medical team in charge of Jonny’s care to cancel all engagements until he has had time to make a full recovery."

Additional details about Greenwood's condition or the type of infection he had were not disclosed in the post.
